dovelet, I am a psychologist. Or, at least, I studied to be one. Now I don't know what I'm gonna do. Its really not a good time to be picky with everything thats been going on in Ukraine.
I have a friend who lives near his workplace (our (mine now former) university). He said he had no idea how he would spent hours just to get to your workplace. He was lucky to find a job 5 minutes away from his house. I envy him.

I remember one day when I spent almost 4 hours a day for this "pleasant trip". My friend did his entire shift in the university (part time, 4 hours a day). Its really underwelming that I could actually do something good with this time (yeah, reading books and watching tv-shows in the subway is cool, don't get me wrong).

Well, I still think that those 2 years I spent getting masters degree were a mistake, so there is really no one to blame, except me and my parents.

dovelet, honestly? The only thing I'm truly interested in is watching, reviewing tv shows and their ratings. I'd like to have a job connected with this somehow. But in my country its nearly impossible. Channes prefer to show russian shows and I can't stand 99% of them.
More realistic - a job, connected with english (but not teaching). Applied for a manager position in english school. Maybe something good can come out of it.

I figured that 3 hours is not that bad now. My friend asked around, and there is a vacancy in the kindergarden. 4 hours a day to get there & back. I'm cursed!

dovelet, it does in USA) There are people who get to see new episodes earlier, talk to the cast, and then spoil the audience, tease it with interesting information. Main idea is to make people watch the show live on tv at the time it airs.
These people often have their own newspapers :smile_ogo:
Maybe not for a full-time job, but I would have certainly enjoyed doing something like that for freelance)

Still, I think this job can pay more then, say, part-time job as a psychologist in a kindergarden. My groupmate has been sent here to work for the next three years. Her sallary is just a little bit more than our scholarship was. So we have to improvise :tulip:
